- Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until combined.
- Scatter blueberries over croissant pieces, then pour cream cheese mixture over everything.
- Cover with foil and let sit for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
