Prepare the chicken by rinsing and patting dry. If thick, slice in half horizontally.
Combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
Coat chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve chicken topped with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.
